Joy Morgan graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, and earned a Masters Degree in Education Administration from Rutgers University and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Strategic Leadership from Regent University.

Ms. Morgan has demonstrated her heart for students and young girls, having created and served as the Director of The Academy at Rutgers for Girls in Engineering and Technology (TARGET) program at Rutgers School of Engineering in New Brunswick, NJ. She later became an adjunct math professor at Burlington County College, and has owned and operated a private math tutoring service.

Joy is  currently the CEO of Joy Morgan Motivates (JMM), in which she empowers and motivates others to pursue their purpose and destiny through speaking, teaching, and coaching. She is the author of two books, Roadmap to Destiny, A 21-Day Devotional for those on the Pathway to Purpose and G.E.T.U.P, 5 Steps to Bouncing Back When Life Knocks You Down.




The Future Leaders Institute (FLI) for Girls, created by  founder and executive director Joy Morgan, hosted its inaugural program in summer of 2014. The FLI is designed to engage girls in activities that develop their leadership skills through mentoring, quarterly workshops and a summer enrichment program. We are transforming today's girls into tomorrow's leaders!
